Refund and Return Policy

Our refund and return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of merchandise are exempt from return. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Nor do we accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

  • Turnkey downloadable software products

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted:

     

        • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
        • Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery

      Refunds

      Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

      If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

      Late or missing refunds

      If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again first.

      Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

      Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

      Sell items

      Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Items on sale cannot be refunded.

       

      We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an e-mail at services@webjet.cloud and send your item to : WeJetClouds, 6 Rue d’Armaillé 75017 Paris

      If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item has been received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

      If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the donor had the order shipped to you to give it to you later, we will send a refund to the donor and they will inquire about your return.

      You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

      Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

      If you’re returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
